2019/20 Wednesdays Main Street Market Mornington

On any given Wednesday you can head into Mornington and soak in the magic of its Market and the seaside town. Holding Victoria's longest-running Street Market at 40 years of age is a testament in itself. Shopping at the Market with all its handmade, homegrown and home-baked goodies on offer from over 60 stalls along the beautiful Main Street is like taking in a breath of fresh air. Perhaps it's the early hours of being amongst the friendly hustle and bustle or just the magic of the place itself, you feel like a tourist in your own country at a very eclectic Market.

Starting with Wednesday 4 December 2019, the Market has planned dates running right through till Wed 26 February 2020 thus far; every Wednesday from 9am to 3pm at 103 Main Street, Mornington, and entry is FREE. It's a local haunt that delights locals and visitors alike, so why not make a day or morning of it and enjoy not just the Market, but beautiful Mornington and all it has to offer in cafes, restaurants and other retail outlets.

If you're heading to the Market on Wednesday 11 December 2019, you'll find Elk Puppets performing a Christmas Puppet Show from 11am to 12pm and it's FREE. No doubt the kids would love this Christmas themed puppet story at the Empire Street Mall!
