Don't miss this stunning wearable art show
Mandurah Wearable Art is a fascinating yearly event. There are some very weird and wonderful outfits, and I admire those who have the imagination to make anything like this!

Some are "way out", while all are very clever and must have taken a lot of thought and work to complete.

Each year, this festival gets bigger and bigger, and this year, there will be exhibitors showing off their gowns and outfits from all over the globe.

Wearable Art Mandurah encourages new ways of viewing the world through thought-provoking works of art for the body.

This year, it will be held on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th June, 2018, so you need to book your tickets now. You can do this at this website.

The Saturday show is at 6.30 pm and the Sunday matinee is at 2.00 pm. It will be held at the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre, in Ormsby Terrace.

Mandurah has recently been named Western Australia's top tourism town. Wearable Art Mandurah is one of the city's most engaging and popular artistic attractions.

Wearable Art Mandurah is making a name for itself internationally and winning awards as this happens. It is the premiere event of its kind in Australia and it now attracts entrants from across the world.

It is not only a competition but has workshops, events and exhibitions of works. You can find out the details about the workshops being held around the same time at this link.

The Wearable Art Mandurah will have a new stage performance, incorporating music and theatre, while this in turn will create an unforgettable experience. This family-friendly event will delight audiences of all ages as the finalists appear in their spectacular outfits.

You can get more information by calling the Box Office on 9550 3900. There will be a Sunday matinee package which includes a behind the scenes meet and greet with the designers. With this, you will get the best seats and access to a live audio description of the event. Companion Cards are also accepted.

Why not spend this whole weekend in Mandurah to take advantage of all the local deals, exhibitions and special offers. There is a lot of accommodation, both cheap and more expensive and you can see more of this at this website. Or you can try the commercial discount sites for accommodation.
