Event: -
Transform your life and break open your inner superpowers

Join American ultra-endurance athlete, best selling author and podcast host David Clark in Melbourne from 10 to 12 May 2019.

David Clark's story of transformation from addiction and obesity to ultra-endurance events, including the world's hardest race Badwater 135, and running on treadmills for 48 hours on a plant-based diet and following a mindful practice, are nothing short of extraordinary and are sure to inspire you.

David Clark shouldn't have lived beyond age 35. Obese and addicted to alcohol and drugs, he had squandered an $8-million business, and his life was spiralling out of control.

Today, at 48, Clark is an ultramarathoner, bestselling author, speaker and host of the WeAreSuperman podcast. His inspirational new release, Broken Open: Mountains, Demons, Treadmills and A Search for Nirvana, lays bare his continuing quest to stay sober and healthy through long-distance running. Clark doesn't shy away from the notion that he traded one addiction for another, and he devotes much of Broken Open to the importance of maintaining his sense of self throughout his extreme pursuits and the role that genuine happiness plays in his ongoing transformation.

Clark has been featured on major television networks as well as in Runners World and Men's Health.

Clark's message and ethos is that we can all unlock our superpowers after his son said to him that he had turned into Superman when he completed his first ultramarathon The Leadville 100 mile race.

Clark is presenting 'WeAreSuperman Unlocks Melbourne' at St Kilda Life Saving Club this May.

Choose from two exciting events:
