Why did the humans make so many things?

After the downfall of the human race, the Earth is populated by little purple creatures called Puramus. Where they came from and what happened to the humans is hinted at, but mainly this quirky graphic novel just follows the adventures of these odd beasties as they play, establish a primitive monarchy, and salvage artefacts from human civilisation. Cuddly and sweet, the Puramus may not be as innocent as they appear.

We Are Here Forever
is based on the viral Tumblr comic by Michelle Gish. Don't read this if you're looking for something plot-driven, because there's not a lot of actual story. However, there is cute art, a little social commentary, and an odd, dry sense of humour.

We Are Here Forever is certainly the cutest post-apocalyptic book I've come across. It will probably appeal to fans of comics like The Oatmeal or Sharky Malarky.
