Looking for healthier alternatives to lower your blood pressure and cholesterol levels; unknot that muscle tension; distract or slow down your monkey mind? Then try some of these techniques to de-stress.
Note that some of these are distractions to take your mind of its constant busy chatter. Some more mindful ones can take time to establish, but are most beneficial once they become a regular habit. Sure we all have busy lives, but our mental and emotional health is our own responsibility.
