Using coupons is a great way to go above and beyond the everyday sales and discounts, and pro-actively save more. But where can you get coupons? Here are some of the best places to find them.

Being able to request free samples is great, but not only do many of these companies send you their products at no cost, they also send coupons for the products sampled. This means that if you use the samples and like them then decide to buy, you are able to get savings on your purchase.

A time-honoured source of coupons is the good old shop-a-docket, which is still found on the back of shopping receipts at some major outlets. There is no end to the types of coupons found on the back of shop-a-dockets. There are deals on cruises and long distance train journeys, fast food, fun parks, pest control and more. Cut them out and present in-store when redeeming, or follow the instructions on the coupon. Just ensure to check the expiry date of each coupon and use it before then.
Before you throw out your receipts, turn them over
Some malls like Westfield bring out coupon books periodically and these are worth snapping up. A good approach is to tear out the perforated mini coupons and then put them in the clear sleeve of your wallet. This way you will remember to use them, and will always have them on hand.
