Find that creativity - you've got it
Do you need a little "pep talk" about creativity? You have creativity. You just need to figure out where to find that creativity. We are all different. Are you good at cooking? What is the dish you are most known for? We all need to eat. Are you good with kids? Do you know how to keep children safe while playing their favorite game? Children need exercise.
Just find where you are most creative and go from there!
For example, there are days when I just cannot think of topics to write about. I just cannot think. Then, I think about how silly I am, grab a pen and paper and just jot down what I think is good. In other words, creativity.
For example, find hours when you are most creative. I am creative in the evening and night mostly. Today, I attempted to work during the day and found myself unproductive. Everyone is different.
What are you most passionate about? This should bring out your creativity. Why do a job that you hate?
Stress causes the overproduction of cortisol, a stress hormone that goes straight to the belly causing the most dangerous fat, belly fat. Creativity such as coloring color books or any hobby lessens the stress.
For example, when I was younger, I taught myself how to apply makeup. I like the "dramatic" look. My creativity with makeup boosted my confidence. Then, there were nights when my mother Rose was tired. So, I would fix her hair and makeup which she told me made her feel good.
Go ahead and be creative! There are people who would gladly trade places with you.
