First make a good coffee then have a sip or two have a couple of deep breaths get your earphones and connect to your computer & put on Theta/Delta Metro dome while meditating sit in a comfortable chair put your sunnies on & away you go for 30 minutes you come out of it & have a couple of sips of tepid warm coffee, Om.
