Enjoy a world of giant inflatable pools and slides
If Wet'N'Wild Sydney is a bit expensive for you, don't worry, there's another water park you can visit this summer: Waterworld. Held in The Showring at the Entertainment Quarter at Moore Park, this collection of inflatable pools and slides was first erected in time for summer last year, and due it's popularity it's back again for 2013/2014.

The park will be open from 10.00am to 4.00pm each day between Thursday December 26 to Monday January 27. During this time, your family can enjoy inflatable slides like the dual slide at the Dragon Pool, the smaller slides the Mushroom Pool, or even emerge from a shark's mouth at the Shark Pool. There's also Zorb Balls, which you can get inside and feel like you're waling on water. All pools are only 50 centimetres deep.

There are two types of tickets that you can choose from when visiting Waterworld. The first is the Unlimited Rider Session Wristband, which costs $25.00 for a 3 hour session (sessions start at 10.00am, 11.00am, 12.00pm and 1.00pm and you should get there 15 minutes prior to yours starting). These tickets can be purchased online here till midnight on the day before your visit. They include all pools and rides mentioned above, but do not include the sideshow games.

Alternatively, you can also choose the Pay as You Go option, where you just pay for each ride (each cost $8.00 each and you don't need to pay to get into Waterworld itself if you choose this ticket type).
