The Watershed Hotel at Darling Harbour is a great establishment for a lazy Saturday or Sunday lunch, or a few drinks on a lazy afternoon on either a Saturday or Sunday. This is the vibe of this establishment. Come to this establishment at night, then chances are it is packed out and there are always queues to get in; especially on any given spring or summer Friday or Saturday night.

The decor just blends in for a modern, chic and contemporary feel, and I also like the garden. The garden just blends in with the decor and the ambience of this establishment. The Watershed Hotel would definitely receive a high mark when it comes to the ambience and their customer service.

The food is filling, and the serving sizes are quite generous; yet the taste and the flavour is lacking somewhat. It sometimes feels like you have lost your sense of taste, as sometimes the burgers can be a bit tasteless. The noodles I now keep away from.

A great locale that entices great conversations with friends and people you do not know very well to begin with. Have been here on a first date once.
