Taking a stroll through the Sunday markets in Windsor Mall, we came upon the historic waterwheel which has been made into a lovely water feature and adds to the lovely quaint atmosphere of the town.

According to the waterwheel's sign, it is based on a waterwheel used by James and Benjamin Singleton to power their mill to process grain, and it's use as a prominent water feature in the mall illustrates the importance of agriculture to the community.
