West Australian Symphony Orchestra (WASO) is hosting an amazing itinerary of the Classics. Guests can enjoy a selection of music from composers such as Berlioz, Vivaldi, Gershwin, De Falla, Piazzolla and Ravel. The latter is well known for his musical piece called Bolero.

WASO has been performing for over 90 years. Their very first performance was at the Queens Hall on 16 September 1928. They played Dvo& #345 ;ák's Symphony No.9, a first for Perth at this time.

The WASO Summer Classic will be conducted by Benjamin Northey. It will be held at Perth's Concert Hall on 31 January at 7:30 pm and on 02 February at 2 pm. Tickets range from $45.00 to $104.00. Notably, concession fees are available.

There is ample paid parking below the Government House, however, there may also be free parking along Adelaide Terrace. Be sure to check the parking times on the signs. Some areas allow for free parking after 6 pm.

On a closing note, I suggest that you arrive early, as doors close at the start of the performance. There will be a 25-minute intermission with plenty of drink and snack options.
