[b]WASO FAVOURITES**
This concert will have some of Perth's favourite artists, as well as great music, and many people's favourite piece, The Fifth Symphony, by Beethoven!
WASO (West Australian Symphony Orchestra) will mark 90 mammoth years of great music-making with some special opening season classic concerts.
WASO have invited some of our favourite West Australian soloists to join in the 2018 celebrations! Each one has selected his/her favourite works to make this such a worthwhile concert of varied classical masterpieces.
WASO is also delighted that their former Assistant Conductor, Christopher Dragon, who is one of the best talents from Perth in many years (and he is now the Associate Conductor of the Colorado Symphony), will be back to conduct Beethoven's triumphant Fifth Symphony!.
