The only gold left in Warrandyte could be in these op shops
Warrandyte has two opportunity shops, both operated by local service clubs, Rotary and Lions.

We are here.

This large shop is behind a row of restaurants and cafes. There is a small of-street car park in front of the shop.

The entrance with outside merchandise.

As you walk in, you are almost greeted by a young lady, but it is a manikin nicely dressed and life like.

All the usual op shop merchandise is available. Some items, such as shoes, handbags, cups and dishes are display in individual cabinets, many items having their own personal pigeon hole.

They have a very good range of glassware all nicely displayed in their own large cabinet.

There is a lot of goodies in this shop although some parts look a little cluttered, but easy to peruse.

Their sign out front says they specialise in bric–a–brac and collectables, all visible throughout the shop.

Both shops are open all day on Sunday, which would indicate that the tourists are also customers.

These will keep your head warm.

Warrandyte itself is a go too destination as it has many good restaurants and cafes, Yarra River walks and two opportunity shops.

I love op shopping, there are such amazing bargains to be had. It's a great step in environment sustainablity too since these things are being repurposed and reused which is the highest level of recycling.
