Do not miss out on this “damtastic” Festival
Warragamba is not just famous for providing Sydney's water supply, it is also famous for one of the biggest events- the DamFest which features unlimited fun, entertainment and activities for all interests and ages to enjoy!
The community of Warragamba is the legacy of a pre-World War II project, which featured providing water to the burgeoning greater Sydney Metropolitan area. A "temporary" township was set-up and houses were built for the thousands of skilled and unskilled workers who gathered together from across the world to create the largest concrete structure of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere at that time!
These days, the DamFest Festival is a celebration of the great historical past as well as a festival that provides a day of free entertainment for everyone to come along and have a fantastic time. It also provides a venue for all local community, emergency services, and sporting groups to showcase their organisations as well as display to the world what an amazing and unique region Warragamba is.

Swap Meet is the perfect spot to pick up great bargains, as the saying goes 'one mans trash, is another man's treasure'! The event will be held between 6am-1pm and all proceeds will go to the Down Syndrome NSW Charity.
