A twist on retail for L'Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival

The Wardrobe Weekender
, a collaboration between LaLa Productions and The Clothing Exchange, brings forth a two day event featuring clothes swapping, vintage frocks for hire and a pop up boutique to browse.

Much in the same way The Clothing Exchange works, the clothes swap will allow attendees to swap up to 6 once loved pieces of clothing in exchange for another 6 items given by other attendees.

Customers can then browse the pop up boutique, which features a range by local makers and enjoy special discounts. Sellers include jeweller Dani M, digitally printed leggings from Lydra, handbags from Mina & Oli and beautiful letterpress cards by The Hungry Workshop.

There will also be a range of vintage pieces available for hire throughout the festival from United Archive.

They'll be bubbly for all, courtesy of Captains of Industry, and a fun photobooth to enjoy.

11am - 6pm Saturday March 16

Weekend Pass $40 on the door, or $38 Pre-booked (includes drink, door prizes, and boutique discounts)
