A country show in the city
The Wanneroo Show is an icon of a show that has been running successfully for many years - as long as I can remember, and I believe it has been going for more than 100 years now!
It is a real treasure in that there is so much to entertain, see and do at this agricultural show and it is in the heart of the Perth metro area. This is like a real country show, only it is in the city!
The Wanneroo Show is always an exciting event with an action-packed program. There will be Sideshow Alley and a mainstage that will be interesting to watch the whole day! There will be many showbags to choose from, so if you missed out on our Royal Show this year, make sure you get your showbags here!
This year it will be held on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th November 2018, and the details are:
Friday: Show opens from 4 pm to 10 pm Pavilion open from 4 pm to 10 pm Community marquee open from 4 pm to 9.30 pm Musical Fireworks Spectacular at 9.15 pm
Show opens 9 am to 10 pm
Pavilion open from 9 am to 8.30 pm
Poultry Pavilion open from 10 am to 4 pm
Community marquee open from 9 am to 9.30 pm

The Community of Wanneroo will bring you a taste of their local arts and crafts, businesses, food stalls, coffee retailers, rides, goats, horses, birds, and spectacular fireworks on both the Friday and the Saturday nights. There will also be attractions like an animal farm, log chop, food and showbags and at the Margaret Cockman Pavilion, you will find the district's produce and other goods.
This year, The Wanneroo Show will have both miniature goats as well as dairy goats. The miniature goats were a first last year, and the goats are back after a 20 years absence! The miniature breeds which will probably be on display will include
Pygmy, Nigerian Dwarf Nuwby and Australian miniature goats.
The dairy breeds include the traditional breeds of Saanen, Toggenburg, British Alpine, Anglo Nubian, plus new breeds to WA of the Australian Brown and Australian Melaan.
