Walk For Prems is back this October in its 9th year, as the Little Treasures Foundation main fundraising event now becomes bigger than ever.

Not just a charity walk, Walk For Prems is a complete day out for all families. Live children's entertainment will keep the little ones occupied while you stroll through their many food truck options. Free amusement rides will also be available for the kids, so you never have to worry about them being bored!

Now held in 12 locations across Australia, and a 'virtual walk' available for those unable to attend, there is no reason to not put your walking shoes on and participate in this much-loved walk.

Raising awareness and support for premature babies and the families affected has always been the goal of each walk, with $300,000 hoping to be raised this year. Little Treasures needs your support for this to happen, with every dollar raised helping, from support groups for parents, to meals and accommodation for families with babies in hospital.

There will be a moment of silence for those premature babies that have sadly passed away before the 5km walk around Albert Park lake. However, you do not need to have a had a child directly affected to participate in this great day out.

You can participate in the walk either by yourself or with a team, with your own fundraising page you can share for people to donate to.
