Walk for Awareness and Fun

7th October- 6th November is Mental Health Month and a chance for us all to be reminded of how fragile people can be and how much support all of us may need at times. There are lots of events to raise awareness and funds for this health issue that affects many Australians in different ways. The Mental Health Foundation Australia presents the Mental Health Wellbeing Walk as part of Mental Health Month 2018. This is a perfect opportunity to meet good people, in a good environment and move together for a great cause.

The walk will be held around the beautiful Albert Park Lake from 10.00 am-12.30 pm and at the conclusion, there will be entertainment, refreshments and a chance to connect with friends or people you may have met for the first time. A great place for a walk and a great way to support Mental Health Month and the work of the Mental Health Foundation.
