Families are invited to join the 2016 Walk for Arthritis at Glenelg Beach on Sunday 10th April 2016. Registrations are now open.

This leisurely 5km walk to Somerton Surf Life Saving Club and back will have lots of fun along the way with the launch of Arthritis SA's new children's mascots, Arthur and Buzzy Bee, plus face painting, great live entertainment and interactive games.

The best buzz will surround the announcement of this year's biggest fundraiser for the walk: a super $1000 children's party at The Beachouse, with the compliments of Channel 10.

You can start to raise funds today by registering at All funds raised will go towards supporting babies and children with arthritis.

Everyone who registers will receive a blue cap when they check in from 8:15am. Those who raise $100 or more will also receive a blue T-shirt featuring the Kids Get Arthritis Too logo. Family groups will receive up to five T-Shirts when they raise a minimum of $250. T-Shirts will also be available for purchase on the day.

Help support Arthritis SA by participating in Walk for Arthritis 2016. For more information on how to get involved and the event program, please visit Eventbrite.
