Have you ever heard of Leslie Sansone, the guru of in-home walking? The young lady started out holding aerobics classes in a hall with a donation can. Then, one day she was driving and saw people walking in the fall leaves. The idea hit her! Why not hold walking classes indoors?

She started out with making VCR tapes, to DVDs, to books, and now online classes whether on YouTube for free or on for $4.99 a month and other online places. Order her stuff at your local library

I have an entire library of her workout materials. Personally, I do not like dogs. I am too embarrassed to exercise outdoors. Her personality is hilarious. She calls women her "sisters in sweat"! If you can walk, you have got this! Men, you can do this also!

Her choreography is simple. Once you get started, you end up repeating her around your house saying, "lift the knee lift the knee" "kick back kick back" etc.!

I hope you like her! Good luck!
