Walk and Talk in North Adelaide (History Festival)



As part of South Australia's History Festival , the City of Adelaide senior heritage architect will be leading a walk-and-talk tour through historic North Adelaide this May 2022. The stroll will start at the southern end of Wellington Square and cover approximately two kilometres in total. Along the way, you will learn about the history of some heritage-listed places and the conservation projects. There are important historic elements in the public realm. You will find out more about the significance of its layout and park lands as well as the meaning of its street, square and garden names.



You have four dates to choose from - Wednesday the 11th, Friday the 13th, Thursday the 26th and Friday the 27th. All tours will be guided at a moderate pace. There is no cost to join, but bookings are essential and can be made online via their website . Be quick to secure your spot as places are limited.
