If you have ever bought a tomato fresh from a farmers market and taste tested it against the supermarket variety of "tasteless veges", you will understand the popularity of organic and farmers markets popping up everywhere. People don't like tasteless veges. Fresh is always best, tastes better, lasts longer and it's better for you.

Saturday April 30, 2016 sees the grand opening of a new weekly organic food market in Wahroonga. To be held from 9am - 2pm at the Abbotsleigh School, 1666 Pacific Highway Wahroonga, its a great opportunity to grab your fresh veges for the week without spending your whole day in a shopping centre fighting for a park.

Please be aware that not all produce at the markets is certified organic. Check for a yellow sign on the stall stating that produce is certified organic if you want to be sure.

Apart from the fresh produce, you can look forward to an assortment of gourmet food stalls, fresh flowers, fashion, homewares and much more. For further information please visit the website or check the Facebook page for all the latest up to date stall holders and market information.
