All-you-can-eat Japanese food
For all those all-you-can-eat fans, I have another restaurant for you to hit up. Plus, this particular eatery comes with the added appeal of being able to BBQ your own food!
Waga Waga Japanese BBQ can be found at 38 Perouse Road, Randwick and has the option of an al la carte menu, the grand buffet or take-away for those who don't have the time to sit around and test the capacity of their stomach.
Now all of their menus are delicious and can be found here. But, for the challenge of all-you-can-eat, the buffet menu is the one to be chosen.
Prices vary depending on what package you choose. For example, the A category comprising the Japanese basics (still quite a wide range and very delectable) is only $34.80 per person (for children it is a little cheaper at $20.80). Category B then includes all of category A food PLUS even more delicious food. This can be purchased for $54.80. Category C (the biggest and best of the lot) is $59.80 pp.
Now these prices may seem a little steep but let us not forget: it's all you can eat! Plus, Waga Waga currently have a buffet promotion where 4 eat for the price of 3!
Now this restaurant does not come without its terms and conditions, so be warned: You only have 100 minutes to consume all the food you possibly can.
Your last order must be made 70 minutes after your first order. Food wastage will incur a fee (so eat all of it!). Also, on the plus side, a child under 100cm height will not be charged - they eat for FREE!
Waga Waga is also a BYO restaurant, so not only can you BBQ your food the way you like it but you can also bring along your favourite bottle of wine. Enjoy!
