Whether you are a gardening guru or just like to potter, this is an event for you. WA Garden Week is the biggest and the best, the longest running garden, landscape and outdoor living Expo in Western Australia. Held over five fantastic days you can find all your gardening needs in this one-stop place, plus pick up loads of great ideas for your garden.



The annual WA Garden Week will be held at the Perry Lakes Reserve, in Floreat, from Thursday 18th April till Monday 22nd April, 2013. Thursday to Sunday - open from 9.30am till 5pm. Monday - open from 9.30am till 3pm.

Garden Week will feature over one hundred and fifty different exhibits, showcasing the latest products, gardening techniques, plants, landscaping trends, stunning displays and much, much more. There are also plenty of fun competitions, give-aways and prizes to be won.



Garden lovers are in for a real treat. There will be thousands of beautiful plants for you to purchase, including pot plants, indoor and outdoor plants, herbs, vegetables, water-wise plants, trees, roses, tulips, bulbs, succulents and everlastings. Take advantage of the free plant pick-up service to help you with your purchases.

There is so much to see and do at the WA Garden Week. Perhaps you can pick up some water-wise gardening tips or learn how to reduce, reuse and recycle. See working displays with rainwater tanks, worm farms, water features, ponds and garden ornaments.



One of the highlights of the WA Garden Week Expo is the live appearances and demonstrations by celebrity chefs and top gardening experts. This year the special guests will include Stephanie Alexander (author and restaurateur), Sabrina Hahn and Josh Byrne (gardening experts), Adrian Tobin, Vince Gareffa and Steve McCabe (resident chefs) and Chris Ferreira and the Great Gardens team.

Visit the Gardeners Pamper Bar at the expo and show your gardening hands a little tenderness. There will be an assortment of products to try and buy. Exhibitors Girls with Pearls, Mary Kay and Smitten Organics will give your hands some pampering. Smitten Organics are offering free miracle manicures, you can get a mini facial and skin analysis or a mini make-up makeovers and free professional make-up advice. There will be spot prizes during the day and the chance to win $150.00 worth of pamper products.

Children are welcome at the WA Garden Week Expo, too. There will be plenty of free activities to keep kids of all ages happy and entertained. Have fun at the wildlife farm, play in the cubbies, make a planter box, plant a pot plant, or discover the world of frogs and worms.



Visitors to the WA Garden Week Expo will get the chance to relax in the special alfresco area and listen to live music. A wide range of yummy food options will be available including hot and cold food, ice cream, coffee and cold drinks.

Come along to this year's WA Garden Week Expo, it's a fun day out for the whole family, with something for everyone.

Tickets for the WA Garden Week Expo are $18.00 for adults, $15.00 for concession holders, and for children under the age of 16, entry is free. There is plenty of parking right outside at the Perry Lakes Reserve or catch a free shuttle bus from Daglish Train Station straight to the expo.
