By now you have probably heard about the Big Bounce, which is heading to Perth in April. Been under a rock and don't know what it is? It's the Guinness World Record certified BIGGEST bouncy castle in the world, so big you can see it from space*.
Much of the Big Bounce crew are volunteers and for everyone who helps on a 4 hour shift, they receive three, free 'Access All Area' passes to share with family and friends plus a limited edition, custom t-shirt that is only available to Big Bounce volunteers.
You need to be over 16 (and anyone under 18 needs parental approval). You must be willing to sign a waiver and drop off photo ID during your shift.
The other condition is that you use your free passes on the same weekend as your volunteer shift.
What will you be expected to do? Duties will vary and will include assisting with check-in, overseeing safety on the inflatables, light cleaning duties, pumping up the crows, general set up or pack down and other duties as required.
When are the shifts? The Big Bounce is open Friday to Sunday across a number of weekends in April 2020. Customers buy tickets for 3 hour sessions, while the volunteer sessions are for 4 hours to allow for pack up, set down and cleaning. There is a morning and afternoon session each day.
What else do I need to know? For more information about volunteering visit the website here. You will also be able to register your details. Remember shifts are limited so don't delay – and for every shift you do, you receive three free passes.
