Vivid Sydney, the world's most famous festival of light, music and ideas, will return from 27 May to 18 June 2016. This year, it promises to wow the crowds with innovative light shows and something really special.
In 2016, Vivid Sydney is supporting the McGrath Foundation and will feature the McGrath Foundation Mosaic – a first of its kind, inspiring and light-filled representation acknowledging the many Australians who have been touched by breast cancer.
You can participate in this special initiative by going to the McGrath Foundation website, uploading your photo and message of support before 10 April.

Each and every photo will join thousands of others online to create a mosaic-style image of Jane McGrath and a selection will then be projected onto the AMP Sydney Cove Building during Vivid Sydney. These shining lights will provide an amazing display which will touch the hearts of and inspire all those who see it.
Everyone who enters by uploading a photo and leaving a message will be in the draw to win a trip for 4 people to Vivid Sydney to see their photo shine, along with thousands of others, as part of this special Vivid light display.
In addition to the McGrath Foundation Mosaic, visitors won't be disappointed with the many other light installations transforming Sydney yet again into a wonderland of light sculptures, projections and street entertainment.
Vivid Sydney is nothing short of magical and that's why people from all around Australia... and the world... travel to Sydney to experience this amazing outdoor light and art show.
