There are quite a number of unusual things in Melbourne and Vivaldi is not excused. This is an Italian restaurant situated in what's known as the Paris area of Melbourne's Collins Street. An Italian object in French territory is sure to stick out like a sore thumb, so perhaps that's what the Vivaldi owners intended.

The Vivaldi restaurant features all your classic Italian meals, including lasagne and gnocchi. The best that this food outlet has to offer is the Vivaldi Shancatura, which is made up of grana padano cheese topped with fresh and dry chilli, breadcrumbs, white wine, anchovies and garlic.

No doubt a lot of the foods on the menu will make you thirsty, so feel free to take advantage of this licensed restaurant's elaborate wine list. A wine bar is dedicated to this purpose, allowing you to talk over a post-dinner drink in typical Italian style.
