Visit Williamstown

Last weekend, I decided to go to a calm place where I could roam around and could have a quiet dinner. I immediately made up my mind for Williamstown after searching the net and was quite impressed by the pictures I saw. As I reached there, I was pleasantly surprised to see such a picturesque view. I spent my time walking on around the park area and sitting on the pier enjoying every scene of this historic place. I saw couples around relishing ice cream (everybody had one in their hand) and enjoying their time strolling around the area.

I enjoyed my dinner at Raga Indian cuisine on Nelson street, which I found was good (not excellent), not to mention the ice cream I had from one of the many ice cream parlour, which totally made up for not so excellent food.

I really had a good time and would recommend others to go to this beautiful and historic place, which gives a lot of options for restaurants on Nelson Street. There are a lot of Indian, Mexican as well as Italian restaurants around, you can choose anything which compliments your taste buds.

My recommendation: grab an ice cream cone and take a long stroll on the pier.
