New cafe - your new go-to
New coffee shop on the block Virgo Espresso Bar are serving up a range of warm and wholesome meals to feed big and little appetites. With coffee from Little Rebel coffee, this café gives you that perfect coffee hit from a busy day at work (or shopping!)
Sitting at the end of Wells Street, make this a stop to go to before you get your next train from Frankston Station. The coffee here is divine, and you even get a discount if you bring in your own KeepCup. Their coffee is roasted from Little Rebel coffee beans, with bags to purchase to take home with you if you love the coffee that much!
The food is a great part of this place, however. Taking a new spin on old favourites, this café has the perfect balance of new 'hipster' style food without taking it to the extreme. Affordable, good sized portions are found here which is an extra bonus for those wanting a good lunch after spending too much money shopping. For breakfast or brunch, grab an Acai Bowl, or porridge, or just good old fashioned smashed avo. However, if you want to experience the best Virgo has to offer, I highly recommend grabbing one of their signature jaffles. There is a wide variation to choose from, and they usually have a special one or two up on their specials board.
Kids are accommodated here with a kids menu, with items such as a kids bircher bowl, or a kids smashed avo to drinks like a kids milkshake or kids babycino all available. There are also vegan and dairy-free options for those needing it. They also hold a range of healthy sweets in their display cabinet, which hosts a fantastic caramel slice.
Next time you're in Frankston, this is a must try for a sit-down breakfast or lunch to really enjoy everything Virgo Espresso has to offer!
