Celebrate 180 years of Swan Valley Winemaking
Take a trip to the beautiful Swan Valley and join the winemakers during vintage time with A Vintage Weekend in the Swan Valley. Come along on Friday 14th, Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th March, 2014 and get a behind the scenes look at how the winery runs and see what happens in the vineyard at this time of year.
Held at various locations in the Swan Valley, over a three day long weekend, this is the perfect time to enjoy some good food and great wine, plus experience the craftsmanship that goes into the wine making process.
Participating vineyards have organised a jam-packed agenda of interesting things to do and see over the Vintage Weekend. Each place offers something a bit different with events such as wine tasting, tours, scrumptious high teas, concerts, delicious lunches, free entertainment, live music, family activities and much more.
Of course you can visit the cellar doors of wineries in the area and sample their premium, locally produced wines, or perhaps purchase a bottle or two to add to your collection.
