Sydney road has an abundance when it comes to cafes and restaurants. However, you can't miss Vintage Aesthetic Cafe with its bright red outdoor tables and chairs. It's a little different from the rest as it combines a vintage shop offering retro and vintage memorabilia for sale and a cafe rolled into one.
Stop for lunch and enjoy rummaging through the collectables, records, homewares and rarities. I spotted a Chopper Reed painting hanging up at the back of the store and a few 80's records, which if I had kept my turntable would have brought!
For lunch I had the vegetarian rye bagel with avocado, cucumber, tomato and cheese, this went down a treat. Vintage Aesthetic Cafe also serve great Atomica coffee, flavoured milkshakes and fruit smoothies.
There's so much to see, make sure you allow yourself enough time for your lunch break as you will easily get distracted! Alan makes you feel right at home in his new cafe! Follow on Instagram and Facebook @vintageaestheticcafe to keep up to date with opening hours and new retro or vintage items in store!
