Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls Recipe

If you like cooking and want to have a party at weekend, you can try my recipe for Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls. They are the perfect party food and as they are served cold, you can prepare them well in advance.

Ingredients:
Rice paper
500 gr shrimp
Lettuce, Mint leaves, Cucumber, Bean Sprout,
Vermicelli rice noodles
Fish sauce

Directions:
Precooked shrimp.
Cleaned vegetables and herbs before starting.
Lay down a rice paper on a big dish and put it into water for 1 second.
Put lettuce leaves, vermicelli rice noodles, 1 shrimp, some mint leaves, cucumber strips and bean sprouts.
Then roll it up carefully,
Serve with Vietnamese fish sauce.

Enjoy your Vietnamese cold rolls.
