Raw Materials: 1 cup grilled rice flour (bot banh cuon)
4 cups warm water 150gr mince pork 15 g thin-top mushrooms Onion, coriander, fish sauce, salt, pepper, sugar and cooking oil, lemon, chilli. Must use non- stick pan to cook, diameter 20-25 cm)
The mixed powder: Put the grilled rice flour into the bowl, then mix well with warm water and a little salt and oil.
The filling of the pancake: fried minced pork mixed with thin-top mushrooms and little fish sauce, salt and sugar. Put the filling in the other bowl.
Heat oil in a hot fried pan: Pour some of the flour and water mixture into the pan - leave it for around 5 seconds or until cooked. Remove from pan. Put the filling of pancake and roll it (similarly to roll Vietnamese cold rolls). Add a little onion and coriander for decoration.
