250g pork ears
250g half fat and half lean meat
200g earwood
Pepper
Fish sauce
A round plastic bottle with diameter 12-15cm

Direction

Preparation:

Clean all materials and chop into pieces as thin as posible.

Coat meat with pepper and fish sauce.

Fry:

Put head, ears, and fat and lean meat in a big pan and fry it for about 10-12 minutes. Then put earwood in and continue to fry for about five minutes. Sprinkle more pepper.

Now when the mixture is still hot, insert it tightly and quickly in a round plastic bottle.

Wait about four hours to cool down and then put the bottle in the fridge.

Serve:

Cut it into about one centimetre thick slices, decorate with coriander and serve with salt and pepper. This is suitable for drinking beer.
