A range of dishes are served including Crispy Beef with Sweet and Sour Sauce, Pad Thai, Salt & Pepper Squid, and Garlic Lemongrass noodles with vegetables. Over 10 different sauces can be chosen to flavour a dish, some of my favourites include the Sweet Chilli Garlic sauce and the Lemongrass sauce.
Meals are reasonably priced ranging from $5 to $35, with the options of sharing dishes amongst a group, or having a singular meal per person. Vietnam Bay is also the home of the $6.90 lunch special of either a noodle or rice dish. The restaurant always creates weekly main meal and dessert specials, along with a kids' menu.
The service at this restaurant is fast and friendly with the take away option being preferred by most for dinner, and dining in becoming popular during lunch hours.
Diners have the option of sitting inside or outside, with the added fun factor of being able to watch the chefs as they prepare your meal which can be interesting, and will provide some entertainment for the kids. The restaurant is very open with most of the eatery surrounded with large windows providing views of outside.
I have returned to this restaurant time and time again for both the take-away and dine-in experience and have been impressed, and extremely happy with my meal every time. If you are a fan of Vietnamese food, Vietnam Bay Vietnamese Restaurant should definitely be visited, and revisited.
