Located opposite Citi Zen Restaurant along King William Street in Adelaide, offers a fair number of Vietnamese dishes that are different from those normally served at similar restaurants. Service was also quite efficient, with our dishes arriving shortly after we placed our order.

Their Crispy Mint Chicken was notable for the use of mint leaves in the dish, which imparted a slight minty flavour to the dish. The pieces of chicken had a delectable "char-grilled" flavour with the lettuce leaf it was served on adding an element of freshness to the dish.

As its name suggests, the barramundi in their Grilled Barramundi Fillet with Red Curry Lychee was grilled first before being cooked in the curry gravy, as opposed to being cooked in the curry from the start. This process gave a firm texture to the fish and the gravy had the right amount of spice with some sweetness coming from the lychee. Lychee is a tropical fruit with delicate white pulp, which has a fragrant sweet flavour.

While it cannot be considered a vegetarian dish due to the use of XO Sauce, the vegetables in their Buddha Delights had the crunch with a salty taste coming from the XO Sauce. The portion size was quite generous as well, making it a great choice to be enjoyed alongside their meat dishes.

Although we did not order the dish, we thought The Rock Melon dish sounded pretty interesting. The chicken was cooked with rock melon juices and served inside its namesake fruit. We plan to return to taste this dish at some point in time.

The use of snowy white tablecloths gave the restaurant a slight formal feel. There was also a good indoor-outdoor flow to the layout with French doors leading to the outdoor tables.
