The hotel sells tickets to Disneyland at the front desk and there are free shuttle buses to and from the hotel every 10 minutes. The trip takes about 10 minutes. The hotel has peaceful surroundings as the hotel is set in green nature and along the lake.

The hotel is located on a small lake outside the town of Magny Le Hongre. There are green lawns and trees around the hotel and a trail around the lake. In front of the hotel, there is a large free car park. The hotel is 2.5 km from Disneyland Park, which can be reached on foot or by shuttle bus.

The hotel is child-friendly with many activities for children. There are indoor and outdoor playgrounds, indoor carousels, games room and a pool area for young children as well as fitness, spa and massage.

Stop hungry and thirsty at the Bar des Artistes bar, which also serves light meals for lunch. The L'Etoile restaurant serves buffet breakfast until noon and a traditional European dinner buffet.
