Cider and pork go together like summer and festivals. Sink your teeth and stick your straw into this match made in heaven on 21 and 22 January 2017 at the Nursery at Flemington Racecourse.
Celebrating all things apple and pig, the VIC Cider and Pork Festival showcases the top cider producers — both local and international — and the finest pork producers, as well as the most innovative pork chefs.
Cider from 17 Australian and international cider producers will be there for the tasting and pork dishes from numerous restaurants and food trucks will be there for the devouring.
Whatever your favourite way to feed on pork — pulled pork burger, slow cooked pork ribs, or a crispy rasher of bacon cooked to perfection and smoked, grilled or simmered down over hours — you'll find it cooked to perfection.
