Located just off the main street of Toodyay are newly built modern units perfect for a small group of friends or families with young children. Victoria Hotel Toodyay offers simple yet luxurious accommodation right in the heart of town. We stayed two nights in a standard twin unit and were over the moon. A king configuration is available too for those who prefer.



Our unit was clean, comfortable and cozy. It had everything we needed including a relatively big and well-appointed bathroom. Complimentary bath amenities were provided. I was rather impressed with the stylish furnishings and there's even bottled water waiting for us in the room. Housekeeping did a fabulous job.



The kitchenette was fully equipped with a cooktop as well as cutleries and plates, more than sufficient for our dinner preparations. However, if you don't wish to cook, the hotel's onsite restaurant does have your classic fare with a modern twist. It did get a little noisy though, but then again, what would you expect on a Saturday night? The next day was quieter.



Check-in is from 2pm at a hole-in-the-wall opposite the bar area. I wouldn't recommend arriving any earlier as the staff tend to be busy with their lunch crowd. Parking would be more readily available too outside of meal times. Once I parked my car, it was more convenient to explore the town on foot. All the main attractions are within walking distance (some level of fitness required of course).
