Situated on the banks of the Hau River, offers 4-star comfort in a quiet area in Can Tho city - situated about 3 hours' drive from Ho Chi Minh City. Featuring colonial-style architecture, it is set amidst gardens with exotic plants, where guests can relax while sunbathing in one of the two outdoor pools with a drink.

All of the air-conditioned rooms are decorated in with hints of light beige from the fabrics and brown from the dark wood furnishing. They feature a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV and minibar. A private balcony is featured in selected rooms only. Each room has an en-suite bathroom which comes with a bathtub, shower and free toiletries.

Guests can also indulge in wraps, scrubs, facials and other beauty treatments. The garden view fitness centre is equipped with a variety of training equipment, free weights and a TV. There are also a variety of leisure activities you can participate in, including; tennis court, table tennis, darts, mountain bikes etc.

The on-site Spices Restaurant overlooks the Hau River, with both indoor and outdoor seating areas. Guests are served European and Vietnamese cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner, prepared by the hotel's French chef. The semi-open air Cuu Long Bar is open from early til late and features a pool table, and plush seating and serves a wide variety of beverages to suit your tastes.

I was lucky enough to stay here for just one night whilst on a tour of Vietnam, and I have to say I wish we had been there longer. It was by far the nicest hotel we stayed in - very luxurious.
