Adrienne and Neville Scott established Victor Harbor Winery about twenty-five years ago. They produce cool climate red, white and fortified wines. The cellar door is open 10am until 5pm Wednesday to Sunday as well as public holidays.
Denise, at the dairy, works with her happy, free range goats to produce a range of products including both pasteurised and unpasteurised goats milk, yoghurt, goat milk kefir, cottage cheese, fetta, halloumi, chevre and the very special Emme - a Swiss style raw milk cheese.
