Showcasing regional produce from the Fleurieu
Grosvenor Square in the heart of Victor Harbor is the place to be every Saturday morning when the weekly Victor Harbor Farmers Market springs to life. From 8am until 1230pm why not tempt and treat yourself with some of the best from local producers.
Each week in excess of 25 stalls magically pop-up, each with some desirable local produce, plants and flowers. Tempt yourself with a great coffee and an early breakfast or brunch as you sit on the rotunda or the grass in these pleasant city gardens.
Fresh products feature strongly with an excellent range of seasonal fruit and organic vegetables, where lucky visitors can hear the running commentary from the stallholders whose toil over the last few months has helped create the products available for sale.
Every so often the markets takes on a special feel with guest chefs who cook up some real treats using products from the Victor Harbors Farmer Market. An activities program for kids accompanies the day with face painters, animal creche, tastings and the best musicians on the South Coast.
The Victor Harbor Farmers Market is an outdoor market located in the centre of Victor Harbor. Entry to the market is free, with plenty of off-street car parking nearby. For further details visit the Victor Harbor Farmers Market website or their facebook page.
