Victini Event for Pokemon Black/White

Calling all Poke-fans with their newly-equipped Black and White Versions – Australia is heading into its last weeks of the Victini promotion. Initially starting off along with the game's release as of 10th March 2011, this once-in-a-lifetime event is closing as of 28th April 2011.

Within the years Pokemon has dominated the gaming industry, Nintendo have deliberately left out special event-only Pokemon and often limited to the US/Japan audience. Australia now has a chance.

Victini is a one-off legendary Pokemon in the new Unova register for Black and White versions and a first of its kind being a fire and psychic type Pokemon. During this limited time, players can bring their Nintendo DS consoles along with their respective Black and White games to meet the mythical Pokemon, Victini, with the "Liberty Pass". This is distributed via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection and the in-game Mystery Gift only in participating Toys R US, The Gamesmen and selected EB Games stores.

So for those eager to have bragging rights to those who later have missed out on it, head out within the upcoming Easter break and don't miss your chance. Even so, if you're contemplating on buying Black and White Versions, buy them now at your nearest videogame dealership.
