Have you ever been to a street festival? If not, it is time you see what these events are all about! They bring people together in a fun, lively and friendly manner, and there is such a commendable atmosphere, with so much to do for the whole family.
If you are a "foodie", then come on down to this street party; if you are a child, then come on down with your parents to this street party; if you love shopping, then come on down to this street party; if you just like to enjoy yourself and mix with other people, then come on down to this street party - you will not regret it!
ABOUT VIC PARK COLLECTIVE The Vic Park collective describe themselves as "helping make Vic Park uniquely awesome". They are an enthusiastic group of locals who live, work and play around Victoria Park and share a love of this vibrant inner-city suburb.
The group is a collective voice of the neighbourhood and "works to encourage collaborations between businesses, residents and the Town of Victoria Park to make the area uniquely awesome". The Vic Park Collective was the brainchild of two Victoria Park locals, Sarita Leal (who grew up and now owns a business in Vic Park) and Flavia Pardini (who lives and works in the neighbourhood).
Their committee meets monthly and now has more than 400 members, and they work hard to bring exciting events into this up and flourishing neighbourhood.
