I don't know any pre-schooler who does not love the story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

This picture book has been a favourite for generations of children since it was first published in 1969. With its simple story and vibrant illustrations, as well as its quirky and unique layout with holes throughout the pages, there is a lot to love about this book.

Now children and their adults can enjoy the story on stage as JWR Productions Australia and Michael Sieders present .

The show is based on the book by Eric Carle and uses 75 amazing puppets created by New York's Puppet Kitchen. In addition to The Very Hungry Caterpillar the show also features characters from other well known and much loved stories by Eric Carle, including The Artist Who Painted a Blue Horse, Mister Seahorse and %%The Very Lonely Firefly.
