An extract of Venetian Voices can be viewed here . In this beautifully bound hardcover of 176 pages, Christine V Courtney has selected some beautiful works of art, poetry and literature spanning the history of Venice from as early as 466AD. You'll be taken 'on a stroll over bridges and under cloisters, following Venetian locals and visitors as they pass through centuries'.

ASO's musical programme (conductor: Graham Abbott) is the perfect accompaniment to Venetian Voices and is as follows:

Handel: Overture to Agrippina
Vivaldi: Concerto for strings RV 150
Wagner: Siegfried Idyll
Offenbach: Barcarolle from Tales of Hoffmann

This is sure to be an afternoon to remember with a keepsake to be cherished.
