The VEND marketplace is (as quoted on its website) an amalgamation of all things fun. Based on a visit to its Virginia store, I think it is an amalgamation of different smaller-scale vendors displayed in a spacious warehouse-type store and feels much like attending local markets although with a family-friendly approach. I was able to get a variety of photos to help show the wide range of goods possible. But from my visit, I saw gourmet nonperishable foods, quality preloved books, female and kids clothing, plants, home decor items and health and beauty products. I stopped for a coffee and could recognise that even as a less likely customer for being personally unconnected to most of its products, could see this store was easy on the eye for its colourful displays and hence gained much insight into how the store operates from photographing it.

Based on research online VEND has social media links on Tripadvisor, Facebook, Instagram and several others, with its online presence also linked to meal delivery. I've left my pictures below and some links on the company website - which looked designed noticeably well aesthetically matched to the store, but it's quite a spacious store so there will be many more items as a surprise for the visitor. The photos are of the shop displays and not the cafe section. Interesting to see this store that ultimately appeals to mums reviewed by a male - I was there for a coffee but found the store still had interesting foods and a few items of interest to other shoppers.
