The monumental Magic Mushroom burger (by Burger Project)
The burger is a favourite for carnivores but veggie and vegan burgers can easily replace the beef, chicken and pork patties with delicious, healthy, meat-free meals.
As the inspired mix of ingredients in the perfect veggie burger hit your palate, you'll want to give your joy a name. At Huxtaburger, delicious has 2 names - Sondra and Denise.
After you've ordered chips with chipotle salt or panko crumbed onion rings, ask for Sondra - a colourful stack of kale, hummus, pickled red onion, beetroot, tomato and lettuce on a zucchini and quinoa patty.
If you want a bit of fire, ask for Vege Denise (there's also a Denise option masquerading as a beef burger on the menu). You'll get a spicy awakening with jalapeņos, sriracha mayo, cheese, mustard, tomato sauce, tomato, lettuce and pickles on a bean & quinoa patty.
Both burgers are $12.90, Cool down with the ice cream burger, a crunchy vanilla ice cream patty coated in chocolate, salted caramel, strawberry, choc mint or choc orange sauce for $6.
There are also gluten free options, with a daily happy hour session from 4pm - 7pm with beer and wine at the bar.
All 5 Huxtaburger stores are open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
