Fluffy Vegetarian Quiche Recipe

Fluffy and delicious, this Vegetarian Quiche is easy to make and it is nutritious. You can add different things, however the basic guide to combine this all together is;

Sliced and pre-cooked potato, zucchini and peas
Tomatoes diced
Capsicum and celery (small sizes - chuck straight in for crunchiness or pre-cook if you prefer).
You can add any vegetables that you like, including greens).

Lay all of the above vegetables into a baking dish that has been lightly greased inside.

Then, whip together
6 x eggs
3/4 cup milk approx
1 tsp of butter
Sprinkle in fresh herbs (or mixed dry herbs)

Pour this over the vegetables, sprinkle with grated cheese and then bake at a fairly high temperature (depending on oven) for 18-26 minutes, then check it out.
